Our client, an interior fitout contractor based in Woking, are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team and add to their wealth of experience on a full-time basis. They work on a range of projects across the residential, commercial and education sectors, values ranging from 150k up to 2.5 million. With 7 million turnover annually, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business who are keen on offering progression from within.
A successful candidate will have proven experience as a Project Manager/Contracts Manager working in residential/commercial fitouts.
Contracts Position Salary & Benefits

Contracts Manager Position Overview
* Overseeing delivery of a range of projects with values from across the Commercial, Residential and Education Sectors
* Operating from both Woking office and on-site
* Responsible for multiple site managers across the projects
* Managing project timelines and programmes from inception to completion
Fitout Project Manager Position Requirements
* Prior experience as a PM working in fitout
* Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards
* Full driving license
* Based within commuting distance of Woking.
