Job Title: Contracts Manager

We are hiring for a Contracts Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of contract administration within our organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, negotiating terms, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
Duties
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts to ensure they meet organisational standards and legal requirements.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Liaise with internal teams to gather necessary information for contract negotiations and modifications.
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation in a systematic manner.
- Provide guidance on contractual matters to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding of terms.
- Conduct risk assessments related to contracts and propose mitigation strategies as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in legislation that may impact contracts.
Skills and experience
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively.
- Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Experience with roofing projects.
