Contracts Manager
We are excited to announcethe above role for our office in central London. Youwill gain invaluablehands-on experiencein construction management,resourcepocurement, project oversight and clientrelations.
Responsabilities include:
- managing project resources and material procurement
- reviewing and negotiating rates with clients
- preparing trade contract bid documents and handling tenders
- overseeing subcontractors and managing contracts
- contributing to work planning and client value engineering
- regular site visits, progress reviewsand project reporting
- collaborating with the Resourcing Team to ensure top-quality labour
Entry Requirements:
- experience is required ( minimum 1 year)
- strong communications and problem-solving skills
