An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider looking after a mixed portfolio across London and surrounding areas.
GH Engage are currently recruiting a Contracts Manager to work across a mixed portfolio within London and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to Central London.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial/residential maintenance.
This position would be ideal for a Contracts Manager currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Contract Management looking after the full P&L and a medium sized team across a mixed portfolio. In return the company are offering a salary up to 65,000 with a company card provided, Private Health care, Bonuses and training & development.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Looking after the full financial and delivery responsibility of the Contract with a P&L & Extra works value of up to 2million.
- Ensuring all records, data and systems are kept up to date and in accordance with standards, policies and procedures.
- Maximise opportunities for additional revenue and margin
- Responsible for the contract management of the staff, operation and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical plants/services, project works and Building performance.
- To identify, reduce and manage all statutory and commercial risk associated with works.
- Responsible for accurately reviewing the WIP, providing accurate MI analysis/commentary and sales forecasts
- Review contracts annually and update with any service amendments and analyse margin to decide whether to uplift
- Take part in an on call rota
Required Skills:
- Experience with looking after a 1.5 million - 2 million P&L
- 5 Years previous experience within a similar position
- Experience with looking after Commercial & Residential sites
- Technical Background
- Previous experience with maintaining client relationships and bringing on new business
