Exciting Contracts Manager opportunity across London & Essex for a Principal Contractor specialising in high quality refurbishment works including; commercial, industrial, retail and residential schemes.
About the role of Contracts Manager:
Working on commercial projects valued 1 - 15 million, with a focus on CAT A, CAT B, fit out, cut + carve and refurbishment.
Responsibilities for Contracts Manager:
- Travelling to various sites across London and office based in Essex
- Ensuring Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance
- Acting as main point of contact for clients, project managers and site
- Ensuring deadlines are met on time within budget
Requirements for Contracts Manager:
- Experience working at a principal main contractor as Contracts Manager
- Experience working on projects valued 1 - 15 million
- CAT A, CAT B, cut & carve and and commercial experience
- Enthusiastic, knowledgeable and driven to deliver
