Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Contracts Manager to oversee our facilities management operations. This is a key role that involves managing a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Overseeing maintenance contractors (both hard and soft services)
  • Managing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules and costs
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
  • Leading and developing a team
  • Conducting remedial works when required
  • Managing budgets and tracking spend
  • Building strong relationships with contractors to ensure smooth operations
  • Driving improvements in efficiency and service delivery

Profile

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Facilities Management, specifically with contractors and maintenance (hard and soft services)
  • Strong knowledge of PPM and cost management
  • Proven experience in managing budgets and monitoring spends
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent understanding of compliance and health & safety regulations
  • Ability to handle complex contractual negotiations and manage relationships with suppliers and contractors
