Contract Manager

Contract Type: Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join our clients Responsive Maintenance division. Based in the Brixton office, you will oversee one of their key social housing contracts, which may include Voids, Planned, and Disrepair workstreams. Your role will focus on achieving target profit, increasing contract turnover, and ensuring full compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

Key Accountabilities include:

      Lead and manage a team of Supervisors, Administrators, Planners, and Operatives

Monitor, review, and ensure customer satisfaction across the contract

Oversee the scheduling team to ensure large multi-trade jobs are booked in correctly, clarifying required trades and timeframes

Ensure adherence to policies around attendance, mobile phones, driving, smoking, alcohol, and drugs, and take appropriate action when policies are not followed

Collaborate with the Commercial team to address and resolve invoicing issues affecting contract profit and loss margins

Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety regulations

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager who:

      Has experience in the Repairs and Maintenance sector

Has a proven track record in managing large maintenance contracts

Has experience managing a large and diverse direct labour team and supply chain

Has strong expertise in Health and Safety management

Possesses commercial acumen in managing large maintenance contracts

A full UK driving licence is required.

To succeed in this role, you will be an excellent communicator, capable of influencing at all levels. You will also be highly organised and driven to achieve high levels of customer and client satisfaction.
