Role - Technical Contract Manager
Salary - 65,000 - 70,000 Per Annum
Location - West London
Company - Major FM Provider
Hours - Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Contract Manager to oversee and manage the building services for a high end multipurpose commercial site in West London. The successful candidate will ensure that all contractual obligations are met, and the highest standards of service delivery are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage all building services contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
* P&L
* Develop and implement contract management strategies to improve service delivery.
* Ensure all building services (including HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are delivered to the highest standard.
* Monitor and evaluate service providers' performance through regular audits and performance reviews.
* Address and resolve any service delivery issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, in a commercial building environment.
* Proven track record of managing building services contracts and service providers.
* P&L experience
* Has a great technical understanding and comes from a technical background.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
