We are looking an M&E Contracts Manager to join a well established client of ours. They are looking for a well rounded Contracts Manager ideally from a commercial background to manage multiple contract across London.

- Setting up Contracts
- Tender Appraisals
- Create Expenditure/cashflow
- Contract Administration
- Budgeting
- Maintaining and creating good client relationships
- Supporting project surveys and costing
Requirements for M&E Contracts Manager
- Any electrical,mechanical or HVAC qualifications
- Worked on small to medium contracts before
- IOSH
- Certificate/Knowledge on Health & Safety
