A leading Mechanical and Electrical service provider is seeking a MEP Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding team on a full-time, permanent basis in Greater London. Operating on high-profile projects for direct clients and Tier 1 contractors, the company has grown significantly in recent years, driven by its people-focused approach and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Contract
- Prepare Tender Risk Analysis and contract documentation.
- Develop Project Execution Plans and Procurement Strategies.
Contract Management
- Evaluate and negotiate subcontract terms.
- Manage procurement schedules and subcontract documentation.
- Provide advice on contractual claims and ensure compliance with project documentation.
Risk & Change Management
- Maintain variation logs and recover non-liability costs.
- Review site programs for delays and manage commercial risks.
Cost Management
- Generate accurate cost control reports.
- Administer and value subcontractor accounts using financial systems.
Value & Cash Management
- Maximise project value through work measurement and account preparation.
- Ensure positive cash flow through payment administration.
General
- Enhance client relationships to secure future opportunities.
- Present monthly project and business review reports.
Knowledge & Experience
- Strong knowledge of contract law and M&E systems.
- Five years’ experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor or higher in M&E services.
- Proficiency with estimating/measurement tools (e.g., Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office.
- Claims and EOT experience is desirable.
- Fluent in English.
