Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marine Project Manager to take full responsibility for a flagshipmarine civil engineering project. This role involves leading a team of engineers, foremen, and direct labour while managing projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the 60mproject in its entirety, ensuring quality and safety standards are met at every step.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage project communications.
  • Develop and approve risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).
  • Utilize Microsoft Project for contract scheduling and resource planning.
  • Lead pricing and cost control efforts, including direct negotiations with clients and suppliers.
  • Be a key stakeholder from initial design phase to handover
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff, fostering their development.

  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record in managing teams.
