Mechanical Contracts Manager
PAYE would consider Subcontractor
Rate Salery:- £60-£75K PAYE (Depending on experience and certifications)

Gee-Bec services are a small progressive specialist Mechanical and Electrical contractor who have provided high quality services to construction companies in both public and private sectors for over 25 years. We pride ourselves on achieving high standards of quality throughout all stages of each project from tender, design, project management, workmanship, and project aftercare in both the mechanical and electrical industry.
We have opportunity for experienced, driven, and enthusiastic individuals to join and be part of our small friendly team with the chance to further develop their skills in an exciting and progressive industry. This position is predominately based in and around London, you would be office based in our Bexley offices.

Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
- Ideally have worked in the plumbing/mechanical industry and worked from apprenticeship up to management.
- A valid CSCS card showing trade/management experience.Â
- Minimum 5 years project and multiple management experience.
- Experience working on high end residentials projects.
- Experience working on commercials projects such as schools, offices, and theatres.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Health & Safety awareness, writing and issuing job specific RAMS H&S files. Â
- Both written and oral communication skills to site and fellow managers.
- Good time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to wear different hats within a small family business.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Be able to manage single and multiple projects from order through to completion of project.
- Be commercially and contractually aware.
- Be able to manage various specialist subcontractors and in house engineers.
- Be able to take offs, negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Be fully aware of setting up contracts from client meetings to account negotiations, complete and agree valuations.
- Be able to raise and complete RFI’s, technical submissions and schedules, assist with variations and day works sheets and project reporting. Â
