We are recruiting for the following role:

PFI Contract Manager – Caring for Croydon (C4C) This role will oversee and manage our contractual responsibilities to C4C, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and value for money. The postholder will lead and motivate the C4C Facilities Team to provide a professional and robust Facilities Management service. Ensuring good partnership and stakeholder relationships are maintained will be key.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in managing PFI contracts and working within strict service agreements. Strong leadership skills are needed to work for this role.

You will be joining Eldon Housing at an exciting time in its development and transformation.
