We're looking for a PFI Manager to help manage PFI projects across Edinburgh and Fife with travel to Glasgow. The role will be focusing on ensuring operational efficiency, contract compliance, and protecting financial assets. This role offers the chance to grow in a vital sector, contributing to the success of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to financial and operational policies for SPV management.
  • Support health and safety compliance across PFI sites.
  • Manage, coordinate, and report on PFI contract changes or variations.
  • Monitor third-party FM service providers to minimise deductions and ensure performance meets contract standards.
  • Assist in the project management of lifecycle works, variations, and operational reporting under the PFI framework.
  • Prepare statutory reports, financial data, and ensure compliance with PFI project agreements.

Requirements:

  • Significant project management experience, ideally within a PFI/PPP environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and PFI contract management.
  • Strong experience in managing operational phases of PFI projects.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with client organisations.
  • Full driving license and PVG check clearance.
