The Opportunity
- They have an opportunity for a Projects Manager or Contracts Manager to lead the management of the structural elements of their projects.
- Projects are mainly single dwelling prime residential residences, plus some super high spec multi unit schemes.
- Projects are typically 500k to 6m, often forming 'Phase 1' of 2 stage projects where the company will go on to secure the fit out.
- Reporting to a company Director you will have day to day responsibility for multiple concurrent sites.
- They are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic character who can ensure optimal performance of the site teams, internal trades and subcontractors.
- This is a great opportunity to prove your value and quickly progress to a divisional lead / divisional director position.
The Expertise They're Looking For:
- Experience of managing structural works on prime residential projects is prerequisite.
- The company have an in-house basement works specialist who can provide expertise but you will need to be specialist in structural works both in and above ground, who can take full control of all structural elements of concurrent projects.
- Candidates with principle contractor or specialist contractor (basements/underpinning/RC Frame) experience will be considered.
Although they are willing to hire candidates on a permanent salaried basis or on a freelance/self employed basis, candidates will need to be able to display career stability, and must have prime residential project experience.
