Cedar are on the look for a Senior Contract Manager for a key client based in Central London. This is a permanent role offering a salary up to 67,600 per annum plus a range of benefits which include a final salary pension and free and/or discounted train fares. This role will operate on a hybrid working basis with the expectations to be on-site 2 days per week with the remaining days open to work from home.

The Senior Contract Manager position is a newly created role within the organisation and the successful candidate appointed will be responsible for both recruiting and managing 2 x Contract Managers. The Senior Contract Manager will have overall responsibility of creating a new centralised Contract Management function, updating policies and procedures, establishing the use of a contract management platform along with reporting KPIs and Service Credits. The Senior Contract Manager role will be an integral part of the Procurement & Supply Chain function and you will hold key responsibilities associated with the delivery and success of all contracts.

Candidates applying for this role MUST HAVE:

  • Proven track record of working in Contract Management and therefore a good working knowledge of a wide range of contract conditions i.e. standard commercial contracts, consultancy agreements, NDA's etc.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management and Negotiation skills
  • Experience establishing a new Contract Management function would be advantageous
  • Experience using the Jagger Contract Management platform would be advantageous
