We're looking for someone with the following experience / skill sets:
- Experience in a starred kitchen, with fine attention to detail
- Experience in fish & meat butchery
- Experience on the grill
- Capable of maintaining hygience standards, including writing HACCP records and keeping on top of allergens and dietaries
- Capable of record-keeping and admin: writing rotas, checking invoices, dealing with suppliers
You must have experience in table service restaurants to apply please; we are not looking for someone from a contract catering background. We cannot accept applicants who require a sponsorship visa.
The quoted pay is made up of basic and a minimum guaranteed share of service charge; this will go up in busier months.
