Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing surfacing dressing contracts from inception to completion
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality
- Supervising and coordinating with on-site teams and subcontractors
- Maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders
- Conducting site inspections and quality control checks
- Resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle
- Preparing and submitting project reports and documentation
