Electrical Test Engineer

Our client is currently recruiting for an experiencedTest and Inspection Electrical Engineerfor a contractual assignment based in London , N18.

Reporting directly to the site T&I Supervisor with responsibility of the day to day operation of the electrical and testing inspection contract , including development of the contract.

Available Shifts and Location:

• Shift Pattern:Monday to Friday- 5 Days A week
• Location:N18 3DJ
• Shift Times:07:00-15:30PM
• Pay Rate:24.66 per hour including holiday pay with the option to accure
• Pay Frequency:Weekly, every Friday before 5 PM
• Employment Type:Contract (PAYE only)

Qualifications and experience Required:

• ECS Gold card installation electrician
• C&G 2391 or equivalent testing and inspection
• 18th Edition
• CMMS
• HND/HNC electrical qualification

Responsibilities:

• Complete PPM and reactive works activities in accordance with contract requirements and in line with company competency appointments.
• Carry out scheduled electrical testing and inspection maintenance tasks including but not limited to emergency limited , ECIR , illumination , Infra-Red , Motors , PAT , static discharge , lightening protection
• Supervise works carried out by specialist sub-contractors
• Working with site manager to identify obsolete and end of cycle equipment for input into the forward maintenance plan
• To attend site in response to breakdowns or failures of equipment outside of working hours (call outs)
• Assist in producing method statements and risk assessments
