- Assisting in the preparation of legal documents and contracts related to commercial real estate transactions.
- Conducting legal research and due diligence for property transactions.
- Communicating effectively with clients and other professionals involved in property deals.
- Keeping accurate records and managing files for all property transactions.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company policies.
- Supporting the legal team in preparing for and during property litigation proceedings.
- Organising and maintaining a comprehensive and up-to-date legal library.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the department's systems and processes.
Profile
A successful Commercial Real Estate Paralegal should have:
- A law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Commercial Property Paralegal
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
