The firm

Due to expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancer with an established boutique London law firm. With a focus on client care, this multi-office practice offers services for a diverse range of specialities, including family, residential property, immigration, employment, civil and commercial litigation, private clients, and legal contracts.

The successful Conveyancer will have at least 1 - 3 years of PQE gained within all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing.

  • Full Time, permanent
  • Office based (Central London or Upton Park)

The role:

  • Running and managing your own caseload
  • Dealing with Freehold/Leasehold sales, purchases and re-mortgages
  • Preparing Contract packs
  • Investigating and reporting on title
  • Liaising with clients, agents, brokers and other lawyers
  • Exchanges and completions
  • Post completion formalities including SDLT and Land Registry
  • Compliance including AML and SRA rules and regulations
  • Acting for and dealing with lender requirements
  • All other reasonable duties in connection with providing an all-round conveyancing service
  • Supervision of caseworkers in the department
  • Assist with the development of new business and networking

  • 1 - 3 Years PQE as a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive
  • Experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing
  • Offer an interest in networking and business development
