Firm: Multi-Service, International Law Firm

Team: Medium sized, fast growing team

Salary: up to £30,000 - dependent on experience

This is a great opportunity to work within a multi-service, international law firm based in Central London. This is an opportunity to work in a high-quality law firm working on a mixture of residential files, including leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, transfer of equity, and remortgages. The role will be supporting fee-earners on their residential property files and managing your own caseload. My client is looking for a paralegal with hands-on experience who can really join the team and get stuck in. This is a good opportunity to work alongside experienced and highly trained Solicitors with high-net-worth clients. They will also be looking at offering a training contract in the future or the perfect candidate.

Position Overview:

My client is seeking a skilled and motivated Conveyancing Paralegal with a minimum of 1 years' experience to join a dynamic team in Central London, The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working on the Conveyancing process as a whole as well as a strong understanding of Conveyancing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Manage an administrative workload under the guidance of fee earners.
  • The ability to provide administrative support to fee earners including- file-opening, telephone/email management and photocopying.
  • Draft documents and bills under supervision.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative qualities.
  • Working to deadlines.

Qualifications + Experience:

  • Prior property paralegal experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Manage an administrative workload under the guidance of fee earners.
  • The ability to provide administrative support to fee earners including- file-opening, telephone/email management and photocopying.
  • Draft documents and bills under supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Commercial property knowledge would also be advantageous, however it is not essential.
