- Manage a portfolio of live property transaction files independently.
- Execute all aspects of conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.
- Liaise effectively with all parties involved in property transactions, including clients, other solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and firm requirements, maintaining high standards of client care.
- Provide timely and accurate advice to clients, ensuring they are informed at every step of the process.
- Qualified Licensed Conveyancer with 1-3 years PQE in a fee-earning role, managing a caseload independently.
- Proficient in using case management systems and adept at managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
