This role offers an opportunity to handle a diverse caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and new build transactions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of  live property transaction files independently.
  • Execute all aspects of conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.
  • Liaise effectively with all parties involved in property transactions, including clients, other solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and firm requirements, maintaining high standards of client care.
  • Provide timely and accurate advice to clients, ensuring they are informed at every step of the process.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Qualified Licensed Conveyancer with 1-3 years PQE in a fee-earning role, managing a caseload independently.
  • Proficient in using case management systems and adept at managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
