Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of a London-based housing association who are seeking a Property Paralegal to join their team on an initial 3 month contract basis. Please find below further details with regards to this position.
ROLE: Property Paralegal
LOCATION: Farringdon, London
RATE: 17.31 to 21.00 per hour LTD
CONTRACT: 3 months, 35 hours per week
Please note that this role would be hybrid working.
The Role
- To manage your own caseload of routine property transactions and assist Property and Contracts Lawyers with more complex matters as needed
- Assist lawyers in providing legal advice and support for more complicated transactions
- Respond to queries from various teams across the business
The Person
- A legal qualification (e.g. LPC / LLM / LLB) would be required for this role
- Experience of working in a legal capacity within a legal team including property transactions
- Previous public sector working experience would also be highly desirable
