Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of a London-based housing association who are seeking a Property Paralegal to join their team on an initial 3 month contract basis. Please find below further details with regards to this position.ROLE: Property ParalegalLOCATION: Farringdon, LondonRATE: £17.31 to £21.00 per hour LTDCONTRACT: 3 months, 35 hours per weekPlease note that this role would be hybrid working.The Role

  • To manage your own caseload of routine property transactions and assist Property and Contracts Lawyers with more complex matters as needed
  • Assist lawyers in providing legal advice and support for more complicated transactions
  • Respond to queries from various teams across the business

The Person

  • A legal qualification (e.g. LPC / LLM / LLB) would be required for this role
  • Experience of working in a legal capacity within a legal team including property transactions
  • Previous public sector working experience would also be highly desirable
