Real Estate Legal PA

Prestigious UK law firm is hiring a new Legal PA to join their Real Estate team on a permanent basis, working in the team to provide first-class support to the Lawyers and Partners.

  • Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remotely

The Real Estate Legal PA will act as workflow manager for the Real Estate Team providing support on preparing documents, including real estate specific documents such as contracts and leases.

Real Estate Legal PA Key Responsibilities:

  • Arranging meetings, book conference rooms, refreshments, check rooms prior to meeting etc. and liaise with other attendees, both internal and external
  • Undertake large and small copying requests and bind and finish copied work as appropriate
  • Producing and amending PowerPoint presentations, organisational charts, mail merges, Excel spreadsheets and graphs
  • Proofreading and checking documents to ensure they are correct, in line with house style 
  • Undertake all file closing procedures and process archive retrieval requests
  • Assisting with the Billing and Credit Control process
  • Communicate and liaise with Lawyers and Legal Assistants on file management issues

Real Estate Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous Legal PA experience within a Real Estate / Property team in a law firm
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong Typing skills
  • Excellent Communication and organisational skills
