- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents.
- Conducting searches, liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties.
- Handling all aspects of the conveyancing process, including exchange of contracts and completion.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm policies.
- Providing exceptional client care, maintaining regular communication and managing expectations throughout the process.
- Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer with a strong understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently, with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Client-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with case management systems and the ability to work efficiently in a digital environment.
