Our client, a young and dynamic property specialist law firm in Central London, is seeking an enthusiastic Conveyancing Paralegal to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal looking to develop their career in residential property law. Position Overview As a Residential Property Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting a diverse residential property caseload, working closely with experienced conveyancing lawyers in a modern, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks
  • Draft standard correspondence and legal documents
  • Order property searches and manage search results
  • Handle Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) returns
  • Prepare and submit Land Registry applications
  • Review and maintain client account ledgers
  • Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months' experience as a residential property paralegal
  • Familiarity with conveyancing procedures and legal terminology
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
