My client is a prestigious, well-established law firm located in the heart of Central London seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Property Paralegal to join their busy property team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting solicitors with residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Preparing legal documents such as contracts, leases, and transfers
  • Conducting property searches and preparing reports
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders
  • Managing case files from instruction to completion
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm policies
  • Providing general administrative support to the property team
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in a residential property paralegal role (minimum 1-2 years)
  • Some commercial property experience would be beneficial but not essential
  • Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using case management systems
