- Prepare and submit Land Registry applications
- Review and maintain client account ledgers
- Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders
- Minimum of 6 months' experience as a residential property paralegal
- Familiarity with conveyancing procedures and legal terminology
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
