We are looking for a Cook to join Dinardo Supports at Queens Road, Peckham SE15 2QL, this role is working in a Supported Living unit.

What you can expect:

Salary £13.50 per hour

Hours: 45hrs per week 8am-6pm

· Days required: 5 day alternate weekends

Main Duties:

Cook using fresh ingredients made from scratch
Prepare monthly menus and be responsible for stock ordering
Complying with and developing risk assessments
Maintain quality assurance systems within the kitchen
Have a full understanding of Health & Safety as well as Food Hygiene issues, COSHH, and working within the guidelines relating to cross infection (or willing to train further)
Be available at short notice to cover absence and sickness.
