Key Responsibilities:
- Expertly cut, plate, and present fresh seafood.
- Prepare and cook seafood using various techniques.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure consistent quality.
Requirements:
- Minimum2 years of experienceworking in a Crudo Bar.
- Strong fish cutting and plating skills.
- Proven expertise in preparing and cooking fresh seafood.
- Attention to detail and passion for exceptional presentation.
