Salary of £16.42 - £17.42 per hour (based on full time, including a share of the service charge)

We now have a very exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our highly regarded team of chefs in the positions of Grill Chef, under the guidance of Tom Cook (Previously Tom Aikens / Le Gavroche / Pont de la Tour)

As a Grill Chef you will be a punctual and reliable person and yourappearance and personal hygiene standards will be impeccable. Ideally you would have held the position of Grill Chef at a well respected London restaurant or hotel and been keen to progress quickly through the ranks.

You must have a positive can-do attitude and be ambitious to climb the ranks within the brigade.
