At Artisan Restaurant,we focus on high-quality, diverse ingredients, creating dishes that reflect their source and provenance. Were looking for a talented Grill Chef to join our kitchen team and bring our culinary vision to life, utilizing our Josper Grill for that perfect smoky finish.
Job Description- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes to the highest standards.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menu items.
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock control.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Proven experience as a Grill Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of grilling techniques and food preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A passion for food and culinary excellence.
