Are you a food lover looking for an exciting fast-based opportunity?We are looking for an exceptionally talented and driven Intern (ideally with an ambition to work in or around food). This isn’t a role for the faint-hearted & you’ll be working with and learning from a highly ambitious team.The role will be fast-paced and the focus will be on executing existing systems, whilst contributing to improving them. You’ll make plenty of mistakes but learn quickly from them, pick yourself up and continue. A strong mix of being organised, logical and a strong communicator will be required.This role will initially start as a 3-month part-time internship ( 2 days a week on National minimum wage ( £22,000 p.a pro rata) for the first 6 weeks and then increasing to London Living Wage.The plan is for the role to be made full-time and permanent after 3 monthsAbout the ClientWe are a disruptive hospitality startup which is reinventing the restaurant model. Built on the sharing economy and powered through technology, we take the best-undiscovered chefs and under-used spaces across London & Netherlands and put these together to create 'one of a kind' restaurants across the city, for limited periodsAbout the RoleThe role will be fast-paced and the focus will be on executing existing systems, whilst contributing to improving them. You’ll make plenty of mistakes but learn quickly from them, pick yourself up and continue. A strong mix of being organised, logical and a strong communicator is required.

  • You’ll get exposure to everything from sales, marketing, ops, finance and product - but with a focus on operations and process.
  • Working with the Operations Manager, Founder & Events team
  • You’ll help build out initial processes, operations and efficient ways of doing things
  • You’ll help identify potential opportunities and work to get them engaged.

  • You’ll have a positive attitude with the ability to execute.
  • You’ll be a logical thinker having graduated with a degree from a leading University and be ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You’ll thrive on taking ownership of big problems and creating elegant solutions which can be demonstrated through previous work projects you’ve been involved in.
  • You’ll be a people person and naturally be at ease working with everyone in the team
  • You need to be highly adaptable to change with the ability to execute decisions quickly as well as being able to prioritise and re-prioritise quickly depending on business goals.
  • You’ll be able to cope in a high-pressure environment where many things are far from perfect.
