Pasta and Grill Chef

Sergio's is looking for a full time experienced,passionate and hard working Pasta and Grill Chef position.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for traditional Italian cuisine and enjoy working in a trattoria style restaurant in the heart of London's vibrant Fitzrovia ( 5 mins from Oxford Circus)

The ideal candidate has:

• Previous relevant experience and within a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy working with fresh produce delivered daily.
• Excellent Hygiene standards.
• Exceptional standards with attention to detail.
• Happy "can do" attitude.
• Good ability to communicate confidently.
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UnitedKingdom.
• Availability to work full time and beflexible.

Our benefits:

• Competitive salary of £18.70 per hour.
• Full time if based on a 46 hours per week - £44730per annum.
• All overtime paid at the hourly rate,you work it, we pay it.
• Paid weekly.
• 28 days holiday entitlementINC CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR OFF, We close on the 24th Dec and re-openon the 2nd Jan.
