We are recruiting a great Senior Grill chef de partie to manage our busy Grill section
- Busy Canary Wharf Restaurant, Roof Terrace and Cocktail Bar
- Open Dinner Tuesday to Friday, Saturday lunch and evening and for Boisdale Jazz Saturday / Sundaylunch
- Modern British,utilizingthe best possible seasonal produce
- Up to 250x covers perservice
- Up to £16 per hour (House + Tronc) + overtime paid
- Jools Holland patron of Music
- 10+ chefs in Team
- Previous experience working in busy and upmarket establishments.
- Excellent transport links to all areas of London and the surrounding boroughs - 4 mins walk from Canary Wharf tube Station and 1 min walk from Canary Wharf DLR station.
- 48 hours / 6-7 shifts per week
