As Senior Sous Chef, youll be instrumental in the overall running of the kitchen, helping to ensure the exception standards and reputation.
Youll work with the best quality seasonal ingredients to create modern British cuisine with other influences.
The Person
Previous experience as a Senior Sous/Sous Chef within high-end 2-3 AA Rosette standard restaurants is needed for this role, as well as sound knowledge of modern British/European Cuisine.
An inspiring leader who will mentor, develop and help to retain a close-knit team of 8-10 Chefs.
Your organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail will be vital in maintaining excellence.
Good financial awareness with experience of ordering and rota writing. Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
