We are looking for Sous Chef to join a fine dining restaruant in London, offering high end, seasonal Mediterranean cuisine.

Working in a busy brigade you will assist the Head chef in the running of the kitchen.

This is a perfect job for an experienced Junior Sous Chef looking to progress to a Sous Chef role.

You should be experienced working in fine dining restaurants. Experience in Mediterranean cuisine is not essential.

This role offers a good work life balance as the restaurant is closed on Sundays and bank holidays as well as for 4 weeks in the summer and two weeks at Christmas.
