We are excited to announce the opening of a new high-end gastro pub in the heart of Belgravia soon and are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team. If you have a passion for Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine and thrive in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment, we would love to hear from you.

The successful Head Chef will receive an annual salary of £40,000 - £50,000

per annum, depending on experience for 45 50 hours of work per week.

Sous Chef Requirements:

Expertise in Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine.

Passion & enthusiasm to execute a special experience

Leadership skills to help the Head Chef to manage a kitchen team of 12-15 staff.

Ability to deliver an exceptional dining experience with a seating capacity of 100 covers.

Strong focus on creativity, quality, and consistency in every dish.

Sous Chef will be offered:
