We are excited to announce the opening of a new high-end gastro pub in the heart of Belgravia soon and are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team. The successful Head Chef will receive an annual salary of £40,000 - £50,000
per annum, depending on experience for 45 50 hours of work per week.
Sous Chef Requirements:
Expertise in Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine.
Passion & enthusiasm to execute a special experience
Leadership skills to help the Head Chef to manage a kitchen team of 12-15 staff.
Ability to deliver an exceptional dining experience with a seating capacity of 100 covers.
Strong focus on creativity, quality, and consistency in every dish.
