The Role


The Sales Trainer will work closely with the Front Office Investment Management and Financial Planning teams to focus on building out new client business and maintaining client business in place.


The Sales Trainer role will be to develop training materials, presentations, manuals, and media visual aids for the Front Office team.


The Sales Trainer will produce attractive and informative training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in person and virtually with the Front Office Investment & Financial Planning teams.


The Sales Trainer is to assess individual training needs of team members and customise accordingly for the Wealth Management business.


The Sales Trainer will work alongside the Wealth Management firms sales leadership to identify areas of improvement and build on strategies to better them.


The Sales Trainer will design and deliver an effective new joiners proposition and sales programme as well as effective sales management training.


The Sales Trainer is expected to evaluate all training programmes through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics.


The Sales Trainer will provide continuous coaching and support to the Front Office team whilst teaming up with other departments to ensure all training is aligned with overall business objectives.


The Candidate

Educated to a degree level in Business, Finance or other related field


Proven experience in Sales Training, preferably within the Investment Management / Financial Services sector


Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and sales techniques.


Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training programmes that deliver measurable results.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite


Experience with learning management systems (LMS) preferred.


Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences


Ability to be self motivated and a strong attention to detail is imperative
