Our client, a boutiqueasset manager known for exceptional fund performance, is seeking an experiencedInvestment Operations Officer to supportthe daily responsabilities of the Investment Operations department and overseeoutsourced functions.Responsibilities:

  • Oversee outsourced functions, namely Custody, Middle Office, Back Office, Banking.
  • Onboard clients/new accounts and maintain operational checklists and procedures.
  • Resolve issues with external suppliers and prepare Management Information.
  • Administer users of key systems.
  • Escalate risks and exceptions, generate business requirements documentation, and assist team members.
  • Undertake projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Experience:The ideal candidatewill have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and theability to multitask and prioritise. A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in asimilar Investment Operations role financialservices is required.
