H9 Technical Recruitment are hiring for an experienced Associate Director to work at our Risk Advisory client in their Energy, and Infrastructure team in London where you will act as a subject matter specialist, demonstrating extensive knowledge of the energy, infrastructure, and energy transition environment. This role involves delivering current projects as well as developing new markets and clients in the energy transition space, including renewable energy and low carbon hydrogen.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter specialist in the Energy and Infrastructure sectors.
  • Develop new markets and clients in energy transition, including renewable energy and low carbon hydrogen.
  • Lead client engagements, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Deliver internal audit and risk consulting services to energy and infrastructure clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes.

Education and Experience:

  • Proven experience of internal auditing and business development.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of clients and markets within the Energy and Infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven ability to act as a client engagement lead.
  • Professional certification such as ACCA or ACA (equivalent) is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
