Our client, a leading alternative asset management firm with over €31 billion in assets under management, is seeking a competent and experienced CLO Operations Analyst for their Liquid Credit team based in London. This role offers an attractive salary of £65,000 and the opportunity to work within a diverse international team of industry professionals. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the CLO Strategies and participating in transformational projects to build out the operations platform.

What you'll do:

As a CLO Operations Analyst within the Liquid Credit Team, your primary role will be to support the CLO Strategies. You will be responsible for ensuring complete and accurate maintenance of all asset, cash, credit and market events within the CDO system. Your responsibilities will also include running hypothetical trade evaluation tests, overseeing compliance with collateral quality tests, signing off on asset sale and purchase execution, preparing accurate settlements of trades, maintaining relationships with trustees and fund administrators, and assisting in new fund formation. Your contribution will be crucial in building out the operations platform.

* Complete and accurate maintenance of all asset, cash, credit and market events within the CDO system.* Run hypothetical trade evaluation tests and oversee compliance with all collateral quality and portfolio profile tests.* Sign-off and check asset sale and purchase execution in accordance with LMA standards.* Prepare accurate and timely settlement of all trades executed by ICM.* Maintain effective relationships with trustees, fund administrators and swap counterparties.* Assist in new fund formation as well as reset, refinancing and other amendments relating to existing funds under management.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this CLO Operations Analyst position brings a wealth of experience in working with CLO, CDO or Leveraged Loans. You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related discipline. Your experience managing third-party vendors sets you apart from others. You have knowledge of onboarding/offboarding funds and bank accounts. Your understanding of KPI/KRI reporting is commendable. Moreover, your ability to stay abreast with market developments relating to CLOs is essential for this role.
