Our Client, a large and growing accountancy and business advisory firm with offices across the UK, is seeking a Group Risk Administrator to join their London office on a hybrid working basis.The Group Risk Administrator will provide support to Corporate Employee Benefit Consultants and clients in the ongoing servicing of existing clients and processing new business.Key Responsibilities:Maintain a transparent and organised record of all client documentationEnsure timely delivery of employee benefits scheme processing for group risk, group private medical insurance, and other schemes/policies, in accordance with agreed service and quality standards.Provide administrative support for new and existing clients and schemes.Manage annual renewal and market reviews for all existing group risk schemes and healthcare schemes.Manage and address group risk and healthcare claims inquiries, ensuring clients and consultants are regularly updated on progress.Ensure compliance documents are up to date.Carry out follow-up tasks from client meetings according to Consultant instructions, coordinating with clients and insurers/providers as necessary.Input and maintain data on internal systems.Assist colleagues when required.Skills Required:Experience in a similar roleAn understanding of Group Life, Group Income Protection, Group Critical Illness, Group Private Medical Insurance, Group Travel, Group Dental, Cash Plans, & Employee Assistance Programmes.Data management skills.Teamwork capabilities.Ability to build and maintain relationships.Good written and verbal communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Financial Services, Regulation and Ethics (R01).Healthcare Insurance Products (IF7).Group Risk (GR1).CBSbutler is operating and advertising as an Employment Agency for permanent positions and as an Employment Business for interim / contract / temporary positions.
