Our client, a well-established organisation, is seeking a talented Conduct and Complaints Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. As the Conduct and Complaints Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organisation's compliance with conduct risk, consumer duty, and complaints frameworks.Here's an overview of what you'll be responsible for:Managing our client's Conduct & Complaints Team, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's effectiveness in meeting regulatory requirements and executing the annual Conduct & Complaints Monitoring Plan.Taking ownership of the oversight, maintenance, and development of the organisation's conduct risk, consumer duty, and complaints frameworks. This includes reviewing and updating policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and fostering a positive conduct culture within the organisation.Providing regular reporting on conduct risk, consumer duty, and complaints issues. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate submissions to regulatory bodies, such as FCA and Lloyd's of London.Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that deadlines are met, appropriate training is provided, and any necessary escalations are made. You will work closely with the Delegated Authority Management Team, Claims, Underwriters, and other departments to ensure commercial and pragmatic resolutions are achieved while keeping our client's consumers, customers, and clients at the heart of their business.To thrive in this role, you should have strong leadership and management skills, along with a solid understanding of conduct risk, consumer duty, and complaints frameworks within the insurance industry.
