Your new companyI have partnered upwith a London-based Facilities/Cleaning business to recruit for a BusinessDevelopment Manager. They have long-standing relationships with BuildingManagement, Real Estate and Development companies and utilise these to wincontracts for their services.Your new roleAs a BusinessDevelopment Manager, you will be the main driver for new business opportunitiesand it will be your responsibility to utilise industry knowledge/experience togrow sales.Ideally, you will haveexperience in:
- Experience within Facilities or Cleaning service positions
- Business Development experience within client facing positions.
- Taking ownership of sites or patches to ensure service excellence
- Managing subcontractors and service standards on client visits
What youwill get in return
- £55,000-£70,000 basic salary plus commission
