Responsibilities and Candidate Experience Requirements:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and visitors of the centre
  • Be the first point of contact for all issues relating to the customer
  • Ensure all day to day needs and requests are handled efficiently and effectively
  • Encourage sales by conducting viewings
  • Assist in hosting networking events to encourage new relationships with customers and relevent stakeholders
  • Assist in finding enhancement opportunities that will increase the value of the centre
  • Be familiar with the operating budget and systems used
